Program Itenary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m) - Hotel Transfer

Upon arrival, you’ll experience the lively energy of Kathmandu, with its bustling streets, colorful markets, and rich history. Transfer to your hotel and relax after your journey.

Day 2: Explore Kathmandu and Prepare for the Journey

Take a day to explore Kathmandu’s UNESCO World Heritage sites, including the sacred Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, and the ancient Durbar Square. Wander through the city’s narrow streets, lined with vibrant shops, cafes, and temples.

Day 3: Drive from Kathmandu (1,400m) to Machha Khola (870m) - 7 to 8 hours

A scenic drive through Nepal’s hilly landscape, passing terraced fields, charming villages, and riverside views. You’ll drive along the Trishuli River and later the Budhi Gandaki River, enjoying glimpses of the distant mountains.

Day 4: Trek from Machha Khola to Jagat (1,340m) - 6 to 7 hours

The trek begins with a trail along the Budhi Gandaki River, through narrow valleys, rocky cliffs, and small rural settlements. Expect beautiful waterfalls and green hills along the way.

Day 5: Trek from Jagat to Pewa (1,865m) - 6 to 7 hours

Trek through dense forests, cross several suspension bridges over the river, and pass small farming villages. You’ll be surrounded by lush greenery and occasional glimpses of snow-capped peaks.

Day 6: Trek from Pewa to Ghap (2,630m) - 5 to 6 hours

The trail ascends gradually through more dense forests of bamboo and rhododendrons. The river continues to be a companion, and you’ll cross more bridges, enjoying the tranquility of remote mountain villages

Day 7: Trek from Ghap to Lho Gaon (3,520m) - 7 to 8 hours

As you ascend, the landscape begins to open up with more expansive views of the Himalayas. Traditional stone houses and ancient monasteries add to the cultural experience. The towering peaks of Manaslu come into view as you near Lho Gaon.

Day 8: Trek from Lho Gaon to Sama Gaon (3,520m) - 7 to 8 hours

Enjoy uninterrupted views of the Manaslu range throughout the day. The trail passes through forests, crossing glacial rivers and offering stunning vistas of Himalayan giants, leading to the beautiful village of Sama Gaon.

Day 9: Acclimatization Day in Sama Gaon and Visit to Birendra Lake

A rest day in Sama Gaon to acclimatize. Take an optional hike to the serene Birendra Lake, a glacial-fed lake offering striking reflections of the surrounding mountains.

Day 10: Trek from Sama Gaon to Samado (3,875m) - 4 to 5 hours

A shorter day with gradual elevation gain, surrounded by stunning high-altitude landscapes. The valley opens up as you approach the small settlement of Samado, nestled among towering peaks.

Day 11: Trek from Samado to Dharamsala via Larkya Base Camp (4,460m) - 4 to 5 hours

Trek through rugged terrain as you approach Larkya Base Camp, surrounded by snowy peaks and glaciers. Dharamsala serves as the gateway to the challenging Larkya Pass.

Day 12: Trek from Dharamsala to Bimtang (3,590m) via Larkya Pass (5,165m) - 8 to 9 hours

A thrilling day as you cross the Larkya Pass, offering some of the most dramatic mountain views of the trek. Look out for Manaslu, Cheo Himal, and Himlung Himal. The descent takes you into the lush valley of Bimtang.

Day 13: Trek from Bimtang to Tilje (1,930m) - 7 to 8 hours

Descend through alpine meadows and rhododendron forests, passing picturesque streams and stone villages as you approach Tilje. The landscape shifts to more lush greenery.

Day 14: Trek from Tilje to Koto (2,600m) - 5 to 6 hours

The trek continues along the Marsyangdi River, with beautiful valley views. The day’s trek is moderate, with the trail passing through charming villages and pine forests.

Day 15: Trek from Koto to Meta (3,560m) - 7 to 8 hours

The trail climbs steeply through forests before opening up to vast, barren landscapes as you ascend to Meta, offering stunning views of Annapurna II and Lamjung Himal.

Day 16: Trek from Meta to Phu Gaon (4,080m) - 7 to 8 hours

A mesmerizing trek as you reach the hidden valley of Phu Gaon. The barren, rugged landscape is dotted with ancient Tibetan-style villages and monasteries.

Day 17: Rest Day and Exploration of Phu Gaon

Explore the culturally rich Phu Gaon, a traditional Tibetan village with ancient gompas, and experience the rich local culture while resting in this remote, stunning valley.

Day 18: Trek to Nar Village (4,110m) - 6 to 7 hours

Trek through narrow gorges with colorful prayer flags fluttering in the wind, passing small settlements to reach Nar Village. The route offers exceptional views of the surrounding peaks.

Day 19: Trek from Nar to Ngawal (3,660m) via Kang La Pass (5,320m) - 7 to 8 hours

Cross the Kang La Pass, offering awe-inspiring panoramic views of Annapurna and the surrounding ranges. The descent to Ngawal is scenic, with terraced fields and traditional stone houses.

Day 20: Trek from Ngawal to Manang (3,200m), then Drive to Besisahar (760m) - 3 to 4 hours of Trek, 6 to 7 hours of Drive

A short trek with views of the Annapurna massif followed by a scenic drive along the Marsyangdi River back to Besisahar.

Day 21: Rest Day and Exploration in Manang

Explore the culturally vibrant village of Manang, surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery, with opportunities to visit monasteries or enjoy short hikes.

Day 22: Trek from Manang to Ledar (4200m). 5 to 6 hours walk.

After a hot breakfast; today we depart from Manang gently as altitude goes high and air is thinner, the trail makes an ascent of nearly 2000m toward Thorong la Pass. We make the climb gradually through Tenki, leaving the Marshyangdi Valley. Continuing along the Jarsang Khola Valley, we get to Ledar at 4200m, there we see the vegetations steadily more sparse.

Day 23:Trek to Phedi or High camp (4600m). 4 to 5 hours.

The track descends to cross the river at 4310m we then climb up to Phedi at 4420m. At High Camp on the elevation of 4600m, we can recently found some good Guesthouses built. Your overnight stay will be there.

Day 24:Trek to Muktinath (3760m) via Thorong La Pass (5416m), 7 to 8 hours walk.

The journey from Phedi “foot of the hill” or at the foot to the 5416m Thorong La pass, begins the day. We then make the climb steeply that is regularly used and easy to follow. However, the problem may arise due to the altitude and snow. It often causes terrible problem to cross the pass if it is covered by snow. About four hours climb up to the pass marked by the Chortens and prayer flags. As you reach the top, you are rewarded by the magnificent view from the top.

Day 25: Trek from Muktinath (3,760m) to Jomsom (2,720m) - 5 to 6 hours

Descend through the dramatic Kali Gandaki Valley, passing through the village of Kagbeni. The trail offers breathtaking views of the Mustang region’s barren, windswept landscapes and towering peaks. You’ll arrive at Jomsom, a popular trekking hub, known for its strong winds and the scenic Kali Gandaki River.

Day 26: Fly/Drive from Jomsom to Pokhara (827m) - 20 minutes flight or 6 to 7 hours drive

You can either take a short flight from Jomsom to Pokhara, which offers aerial views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges, or opt for a scenic drive through the Kali Gandaki Valley. Upon arrival in Pokhara, enjoy the serene beauty of Phewa Lake and the stunning mountain vistas surrounding the city.

Day 27: Departure from Kathmandu

Transfer to the Tribhuvan International Airport for your departure. Take with you unforgettable memories of the trek and the cultural richness of Nepal.
